I have a Master of Science (M.S.) degree from Southern Methodist University (SMU) and am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas. My passion is to work with my clients so they are able to learn about themselves, create new skills, and shift into feeling more authentic. It is also important for me to incorporate humor and fun within our sessions while also allowing space for uncomfortable emotions. 

 

I primarily offer Telehealth services to allow therapy to take place in the comfort of your own space; this also provides flexibility for scheduling at your convenience.

I currently attend the DFW First Responders Support Network meetings and am part of their vetted providers list aimed at creating resources for firefighters, police officers, EMS, and 911 dispatchers/calltakers.
